ATIKA
The band was formed in Klaipėda in 1996. The main idea was to combine traditional pop-rock with folk and exotic instruments. Also to find some new poetic expressions.
Atika is Darius (guitar, vox) and Audrius (drums). The band has 4 demo CD’s: “Karvė ir Kosmonautai”, “Caro Nebuvo”, “Po visko” and an acoustic live album “Žolių vaikai”. Eventually the band has released “Šalin Rankas Nuo Rokenrolo, Mama” – and quite recently the new album -“Himnai ir Vėliavos” their only official records.
Atika says, drivel and adds: “Stop yelling and listen to us”…
SOUND RELIGION
Ska, reggae, punk, ethno, jungle … The group “Sound Religion” do not play exactly in any of these styles but create a mixing pot influenced by those style and add a dose of real rock’n'roll, creating a new and exciting blend of music.
The band believe in touring hard and partying hard and this can be felt through every ounce of their music!
